  • Plesk Onyx

Symptoms

1. Web Presence Builder Editor creates a new site instead of editing an existing one.

2. uuid value in Web Presence Builder database mismatches site_builder_site_id value in Plesk database:

[psa]> select val from dom_param where dom_id=1557 and param="site_builder_site_id" \G
*************************** 1. row ***************************

Cause

Database inconsistency.

Resolution

1. Find the domain ID in Plesk database:

[psa]> select id from domains where name like "%example.com%" \G
*************************** 1. row ***************************
id: 1557

2. Find site ID in Web Presence Builder database:

[sitebuilder5]> select id from site_publish_settings where url like "%example.com%" \G
*************************** 1. row ***************************
            id: 97

3. Select uuid from sitebuilder5 database:

[sitebuilder5]> select uuid from site where site_publish_settings_id=97 \G
*************************** 1. row ***************************
uuid: 9ef7e0ba-bba4-f8d9-baca-4d2f940bac63

4. Replace the value in psa database with the one found on step 3:

[psa]> update dom_param set val="9ef7e0ba-bba4-f8d9-baca-4d2f940bac63" where dom_id=1557 and param="site_builder_site_id";
