Symptoms

Unable to open folders and emails in MailEnable Webmail.

Cause

The Windows update for .NET framework (KB3186539) breaks the MailEnable WebMail functionality.

Resolution

Modify %plesk_dir%\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\bin\Netwebmail\web.config file by changing disableExpiration value from "false" to "true" under <system.web><caching> section within <cache>:

<caching>
  <cache disableMemoryCollection="true" disableExpiration="true" privateBytesLimit="0" percentagePhysicalMemoryUsedLimit="90" privateBytesPollTime="00:02:00" />
</caching>

Also, this issue is fixed in MailEnable 9.75

Note: Plesk officially supports MailEnable Standard / Professional / Enterprise / Enterprise Premium 5.10 - 9.16
