- Plesk Onyx for Linux
During a backup creation some email was read/moved. As a result this email was not included into a Plesk backup and the following warning is displayed in the Plesk Backup Manager, once the backup task is completed:
PLESK_INFO: Not all the data was backed up into /backup/dump/clients/john_doe/domains/example.com successfully. Total space: 1968874332160; Available space: 812474269696; Mounted on: /backup. /bin/tar: example/Maildir/.Drafts/cur/1497431946.M596860P2520.server.example.com,S=979,W=1021\:2,S: Cannot stat: No such file or directory
PLESK_INFO: Not all the data was backed up into /var/lib/psa/dumps/clients/john_doe/domains/example.com successfully. When an email is read/moved during an active backup task, the filename of this email is changing, thus it cannot be included in the backup.
This is a Plesk bug with ID PPPM-6486, which will be fixed in one of the next product updates.
As a workaround, set up an incremental backup later:
The messages that were not included into the previous backup will be backed up in the next incremental backup.
