How to configure Visual Studio on a remote computer for Web Deploy?
How to download the Web Deploy Settings for a website?

Go to Tools & Settings > Updates & Upgrades > Add/Remove Components and install Microsoft Web Deploy.
Enable Web Deploy publishing for a service plan in Service Plans > plan_name > Hosting Parameters > Advanced. Click Update & Sync to apply the changes.
Go to Domains > example.com > Hosting Settings and enable Web Deploy publishing.
Download a domain web deploy file by following Domains > example.com > Web Deploy Publishing Settings.
Open an application in Visual Studio and select Build > Publish [AppName].
Click Import button and browse for the configuration file downloaded from Plesk.
Click Validate Connection to confirm you have the correct settings.
Note: The settings will be updated automatically, except for the password. Enter the same credentials in use for the role-based FTP login.
