Let's Encrypt puts some rate limits on a domain after several installation/renewal attempts in a row. The main limit is Certificates per Registered Domain, (20 per week).
Wait until Let's Encrypt rate limit counter decreases for a domain. For any additional details, contact Let's Encrypt Community Support directly.
You may also check a list of certificates issued for your registered domain by searching on crt.sh.
Note: This limit is set by Let's Encrypt directly, Plesk cannot manage it.
