@ESCAPE_VALUE_BEGIN@Not all the data was backed up into /backup/resellers/res1/clients/client1/domains/example.com successfully. Total space: 1968874332160; Available space: 742091337728; Mounted on: /backup. /bin/tar: /backup/tmp/chnb0gMY0Mt:

: exiting now @ESCAPE_VALUE_END@ Warning: hosting "example.com"

Cause

$DUMP_TMP directory is inside $DUMP.

Resolution

1. Re-define $DUMP_TMP and $DUMP directory paths to pint to separate directories in /etc/psa/psa.conf .

2. Set correct directory permissions and ownership.

For example:

# grep DUMP /etc/psa/psa.conf
DUMP_D /backup/dump

DUMP_TMP_D /backup/dumptemp

# chown psaadm:psaadm /backup/dump

# chmod 777 /backup/dumptemp/

# chmod 755 /backup

# chmod 755 /backup/dump

3. Move existing backups to the new location:

# mv /backup/backup_* /backup/dump

# mv /backup/.discovered /backup/dump

# mv /backup/clients /backup/dump

# mv /backup/domains /backup/dump

# mv /backup/resellers /backup/dump
