Note: This article has the reference to the issue with the fix available:

Symptoms

The service node cannot connect to the management node, or an unexpected error occurred:

Issues occurred: Plesk on the service node has errors in web server configuration files.

Cause

Software bug with id #EXTPMS-1214 which is planned to be fixed in future Plesk updates.

Resolution

Workaround:

  1. Download file Supervisor.php from the attachment and upload it to the management node (to the /tmp folder, for example)
  2. Backup previous file:
    # cp /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/modules/plesk-multi-server/hooks/Supervisor.php /tmp/Supervisor.php.back   
  3. Copy new Supervisor file to the module:
    # cp /tmp/Supervisor.php /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/modules/plesk-multi-server/hooks/Supervisor.php  
  4. Re-run failed Subscription update tasks in Tasks menu.
