Unable to see the list of IP address in NAT Manager extension when logged in as additional administrator account: No Items Found

Symptoms

  1. Unable to see the list of IP address in NAT Manager extension when logged in as additional administrator account:

    No Items Found.
  2. The following errors are shown in the /var/log/plesk/panel.log:

Cause

This is Plesk bug with ID #EXTPLESK-220 which will be fixed in one of the future Plesk updates.

Workaround

Log in as the original administrator user in order to work with the extension.

Note: Follow the Change Log for Plesk Onyx to be aware of product updates and bug fixes.
