It is not possible to access Tools and Settings > Updates and Upgrades while being logged in to Plesk using domain name. It hangs. The domain name is registered and enabled in CloudFlare protection
Cloudflare does not support TCP port 8447:
Access the Plesk administration panel via https://server_ip:8443 and proceed to Tools and Settings > Updates and Upgrades .
