Symptoms

Plesk is not accessible by 8443 port. The following error is shown in Internet Explorer:

Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://***.com again. However, all TLS options are enabled in Internet Explorer.

Cause

Misconfiguration in PleskControlPanel website.

Resolution

Go to IIS
Remove PleskControlPanel website.
Run Plesk Reconfigurator with option Repair Plesk Services
