Direct login to Customer & Business Manager fails if a Parallels Plesk Panel license is expired

Symptoms

When attempting to login to the Customer & Business Manager, users receive the following error message:

Cause

This error occurs when you try to log in to the Customer & Business Manager directly (bypassing the Plesk Panel), while your Plesk Panel license is expired.

Resolution

Log in to Parallels Plesk Panel through https://<your domain>:8443 and renew your Plesk Panel license. After renewing your license, you will be able to log into the Customer & Business Manager.
