Huge value of CPU usage of mysql (more than 100% in peaks).
According to the article How to troubleshoot High CPU usage by MySQL? there are multiple slow quires.
The MySQL database server is not tuned/optimized.
Note: Increasing values may affect server performance. Make sure that there is enough RAM.
Allocate RAM memory for
for Plesk on RedHat based OS (
/etc/mysql/my.cnf for Plesk on Debian-based OS):
Open the file
my.cnfin any text editor.
Set the following values in
CONFIG_TEXT: innodb_buffer_pool_size = 1024M
query_cache_size = 64M
Save the file and restart the mysql server:
# service mysqld restart
Monitor value of CPU during 3-5 minutes.
If CPU usage is still high, increase the current value of
innodb_buffer_pool_sizeto 1024M and
query_cache_sizeto 64M and repeat the steps 3, 4 and 5.
