nginx fails to start after reboot with the following error:
CONFIG_TEXT: [emerg] 7097#0: bind() to [2001:67c:25dc:82::22f]:443 failed (99: Cannot assign requested address)
The following error can be found in

IPv6 addresses are not added to the server after a reboot.
IP addresses are shown in Plesk at Tools & Settings > IP addresses .
This is a Plesk bug with ID PPPM-6373 , which was fixed in Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 Update 21 .
