    I have this problem, however on Plesk Onyx for Ubuntu 16.04, and only if the client creates the domain.
    If I create it as admin I get no error and it works fine...

    @Seb,

    Hi, thanks for the update! I can see that php_handlers are installed.

    Please do the following:

    1. Enable debug according to the article: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213408889

    2. Reproduce the issue with domain creation error

    3. Create and send a technical report: Tools & Settings > Support > Generate a technical report before contacting support > Send

    4. Paste the report id here. It will look like TR-PLSK-XXXXX

    Hi, thanks for report. I updated article a bit in order to include instructions how to workaround this bug on a Linux servers. Please check the solution in article for Linux.

    If it does not help, let us know what domain is affected (there are a lot of domains on a server, according to the problem report). I did not find this error among logs collected on a server:

    Unable to create a domain: there are no available PHP handlers

    So please create screen shots of the following:

    - error screen shot

    - screen shot of Subscriptions > affected subscription > Customize > Permissions

    This should be done only if the workaround did not help

    Hi Yulia, thanks, I thought the Availability.php file was specific to the Windows version so I did not even try to replace it. I followed the instructions and can confirm that it fixes the problems on my Ubuntu system as well.
