1. An error occurs in MailEnable webmail:
2. Mail folder was reallocated to a new disk using Plesk Reconfigurator or antivirus software is blocking access to files inside mail folders.
Files inside mail folders are not accessible due to the corrupted permissions or an antivirus.
- Run Plesk Reconfigurator > Correct Disk Permissions.
- Make sure that antivirus software is not blocking access to
%plesk_dir%Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Postofficesfolder.
