Server is randomly getting unresponsble

Symptoms

  • Server is randomly getting unresponsible. Plesk and websites are down.
  • The following can be found in event viewer:

    Description:

Cause

Additional software is installed, like Idera Server Backup, which is loading server disk performance.

Resolution

  1. Stop R1Soft CDP Agent service and change it startup type to "Manual" in Windows > Services > R1Soft CDP Agent .
  2. Install all Windows updates
