Unable to log in to Plesk: Access denied: Your subscription was removed

Symptoms

  • After the migration, users cannot log in to Plesk interface. The following error is shown:
    Access denied. There are no subscriptions available for this account.
  • Default Plesk administrator account does not have any subscriptions.

Cause

Migrated users belong to default Plesk administrator account, therefore they do not have a subscription attached.

Resolution

In order to fix this issue create a subscription for the Plesk administrator account.
