Plesk Installer detects the following warning during a Plesk upgrade:
CONFIG_TEXT: WARNING: [MYSQL ERROR] Unable to connect database. The reason of problem
A remote MySQL server is used by default.
The admin user can connect to the MySQL database server locally with the commands below:
# plesk db
on Windows Server, start a command prompt as an administrator and run the command:
Plesk SQL Server
C:\> plesk db
C:\> "%plesk_dir%\MySQL\bin\mysql" -uadmin -p -P3306

If update is not possible for some reason you may try the following
This warning message can be safely ignored.
Continue the upgrade procedure.
