Error pages link is not accessible in Plesk for a suspended domain: 404 not found

  • Plesk Onyx for Linux

Symptoms

When a domain is suspended, Domains > example.com > Edit error page link is not accessible in Plesk. The following error message is shown:

404 not found

Cause

It is the bug with ID PPPM-5311 , that will be fixed in future Plesk updates.

Resolution

  1. Download Active-list.zip and FileManagerController.zip files:

    # wget https://support.plesk.com/hc/article_attachments/115004351145/active-list.zip
    # wget https://support.plesk.com/hc/article_attachments/115004383369/FileManagerController.zip
  2. Unpack them:

    # unzip active-list.zip
    # unzip FileManagerController.zip
  3. Back up original files:

     # cp /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/javascript/app/domain/active-list.js{,.back}
    # cp /usr/local/psa/admin/application/smb/controllers/FileManagerController.php{,.back}
  4. Copy the patched files to the appropriate location:

    # cp active-list.js /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/javascript/app/domain/active-list.js
    # cp FileManagerController.php /usr/local/psa/admin/application/smb/controllers/FileManagerController.php

In case the issue still persists, clear web browser cache and open Edit error page .
