Unable to access autoinstall.plesk.com on Windows Server after recent updates

Symptoms

Unable to access autoinstall.plesk.com on Windows Server.

Ping operation can be performed, however, it can not be opened in web browser.

Recent Windows Updates were installed and registry option is set to the following value:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\services\\Tcpip\\Parameters]
"EnablePMTUDiscovery"=dword:000000000

Cause

Cause unknown.

Resolution

Change this option to 1:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\services\\Tcpip\\Parameters]
"EnablePMTUDiscovery"=dword:000000001

Reboot the server if required.
