Symptoms

Unable to add a new subscription on Management node on Plesk Multiserver. The following error is shown:

Internal error: no service node specified.

Public IP is specified for Service nodes.

Cause

Bug #EXTPMS-1171 . Will be fixed in further updates.

Resolution

As workaround, do the following:

  1. Backup original SlaveNodeSelectorService.php file:

    # cp -rp /opt/psa/admin/plib/modules/plesk-multi-server/library/Service/SlaveNodeSelectorService.php{,.orig}
  2. Download fixed file and put it in correct location:

    # wget https://support.plesk.com/hc/article_attachments/115004544149/SlaveNodeSelectorService.php
    # cp -rp SlaveNodeSelectorService.php /opt/psa/admin/plib/modules/plesk-multi-server/library/Service/
