Backup Manager stopped working right after Upgrade to Plesk Onyx: Unable to get dump list

Symptoms

Plesk Backup Manager stopped working right after upgrade to Plesk Onyx:

 Unable to get dump list: FTP dump file does not exists

Cause

This is bug with ID PPPM-5317 which leads to wrong FTP timeout and resumes settings if panel.ini has a duplicated section. It is planned to be fixed in future Plesk updates.

Resolution

Replace /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/pmm-ras with a custom fix .

NOTE : Custom fix is only applicable for Ubuntu 12.04 x64.
