System updates notification is sent even though an email is not specified in Tools and Settings > System Updates or in Tools and Settings > Notifications > System Updates: notifications about new updates

If you don't want to receive these messages, configure notification settings: https://example.com:8443/admin/pum/settings
System updates notification is sent to Plesk administrator. This is a default Plesk behavior that an email is sent to Plesk administrator when the notification checkbox is marked.
If an email is also specified in Tools and Settings > System Updates , the notification will be sent to this email.
To completely turn off system updates notifications, unmark the checkbox in Tools and Settings > System Updates or in Tools and Settings > Notifications > System Updates: notifications about new updates .
