Symptoms

Greylisting does not turn off even when it is disabled for a domain.The following error can be found in /var/log/maillog :

Nov 23 10:24:17 sr33 postfix/smtpd[16105]: warning: 124.243.211.91.list.dnswl.org: RBL lookup error: Host or domain name not found. Name service error for name=124.243.211.91.list.dnswl.org type=A: Host not found, try again

DNSWL whitelist is configured in /etc/postfix/main.cf :

smtpd_recipient_restrictions = permit_mynetworks, permit_sasl_authenticated, permit_dnswl_client list.dnswl.org=127.0.[2..15].0, permit_dnswl_client list.dnswl.org=127.0.5.1,

Cause

DNSWL whitelist is not supported by Plesk.

Resolution

Remove the manually added DNSWL whitelist from Postfix by re-applying mail configuration from Plesk > Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings > OK
