Migration fails: scp: command not found

Symptoms

Migration fails with the error:

│   The following command has failed:
│ Command the migrator tried to execute on target Plesk server was: /usr/bin/scp -i /root/.ssh/id_rsa -P 22 -o PasswordAuthentication=no -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no -o GSSAPIAuthentication=no root@203.0.113.2:/tmp/test/check-rsync-testfile-W0ymR6IX.source /usr/local/psa/var/modules/panel-migrator/sessions/migration-session/target-server/check-rsync-testfile-W0ymR6IX.target

Cause

Openssh-client package is not installed on the source server.

Resolution

  1. Make sure that the packet is not installed:

    # rpm -qa | grep openssh-clients
  2. Install the package:

    # yum install openssh-clients
